ZAHARA TO BE HOMELESS SOON

 Rumour has it that NEDBANK is about to take back Zahara's townhouse from her  due to inability to repay R1.9 million loan.


Afropop sensation Zahara, real name Bulelwa Mkutukana  faces another hard time  as creditors of the residence in Roodeport wet of Johannesburg threaten to take her house up for auction by May 7 2022.
The first eviction notice was given to her on the 6th April 2018 and also compelled to settle the amount or risk to losing her house.
Apparently the plaintiff agreed to lend her the sum of R1.9 million by a concluded written contract upon security with property.



As if she does not enough problems already, it was reported that during the Easter weekend  that the Loliwe hit maker has been robbed of her SAMA awards in her home in Roodeport but to her surprise the house does not have evident signs of force entry. According to her nothing else was taken only the awards are missing , SUSPICIOUS right??

SOWETO'S ELECTRICITY ISSUE

Residents in Soweto have demanded that South African's electrical sector be overhauled, claiming that it is biased against the country's black working class. This is according to a new analysis from the Centre for Sociology Research and Practice (CSRP) on the country's energy racism. The CPRP is part of the University of Johannesburg's Department of Sociology (UJ). The study was done in the Soweto township and aimed to learn about the community's reactions, responses, and solutions to South African's issue. One of the main topics discussed was the cost of electricity and the possibility of introducing flat pricing.
